6   Link   Applicability Determination Index (ADI)
The ADI is a computerized database that contains a compilation of letters or memoranda on Clean Air Act (CAA) applicability or monitoring issues under the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS, 40 CFR Part 60) and the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP, 40 CFR Parts 61 and 63) programs. It also contains “regulatory interpretations” which are written responses that apply to the broad range of NSPS and NESHAP regulatory requirements and allows users to search by date, office of issuance, subpart, citation, control number, or string word searches.

7   Link   ARB Rules Database
The RLDB lists the dates the district board first adopted and subsequently amended or rescinded a rule, and the date the California Air Resources Board received the rule. The RLDB also lists the date the rule was submitted, on request of the district, to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) for inclusion to the State Implementation Plan (SIP). Finally, the RLDB gives the dates and types of U.S. EPA rulemaking actions on the rule.
