Personal Interest:

I’ve always enjoyed playing musical instruments: piano, acoustic and electric guitar, oboe, trumpet, ukulele, drums, among others. My current project is an attempt to convert an acoustic drum set into an electronic set.

Lara has over 10 years of air quality research experience, including particle- and gas-phase atmospheric sampling, chemical analysis techniques, management of extensive field studies, and handling of large databases.

She has performed MACT compliance planning, air permitting, greenhouse gas emissions inventories and reporting, and Title V compliance analyses. She has extensive experience programming MS Excel and MS Access applications for data analysis and to assist in environmental compliance. Lara is accredited by the California Air Resources Board as a Lead Verifier under the AB32 greenhouse gas inventory program, with accreditations for oil and gas, process emissions, and transactions sectors.
