Lisa has over fourteen years of experience in air quality regulatory compliance. She has experience in environmental compliance analysis, air quality permitting (NSR and Title V), NSPS/NESHAP/MACT applicability analysis, emission reduction credit assessment, green-house gas verification, and geographical information systems (GIS). This experience includes preparation of Title V Operating Permit renewal and modification applications, review of Title V Compliance Verification Reports and facility operating plans, as well as preparation of applications for emission reduction credits. Lisa is accredited by the California Air Resources Board as a Lead Verifier under the AB32 greenhouse gas inventory program, with accreditations for Oil and Gas Systems and Transaction sectors.
