Onsite Environmental Compliance

Partnering with Industry
Ashworth Leininger Group has extensive experience in helping industrial facilities achieve and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations through onsite assistance. ALG staff has assisted numerous facilities with environmental compliance matters by working onsite with clients to identify and resolve compliance problems. Assistance may take the form of training clients on specific environmental responsibilities, performing a comprehensive facility environmental audit, or advising clients during inspections and other meetings with regulatory personnel.

Onsite Assistance
Short Term Staffing
Periodically our clients may require additional onsite assistance to temporarily support ongoing operations while a staff member is on leave - ALG can come alongside our clients to fill the gap, providing continuity in management of environmental systems.
-
Focused Regulatory Evaluation: Conduct compliance assessments focused on specified regulations of concern (i.e. Federal NESHAP, MACT, NSPS); coordinating compliance efforts and corrective actions as necessary to improve implementation and compliance assurance.

-
Onsite Inspections: Do you have staff that needs periodic assistance with regular inspections and regulatory compliance checks? ALG will come onsite and work with staff to insure proper training and implementation of regulatory inspections
Internal Audits
Do you need assistance with evaluating potential areas of improvement in your environmental program? ALG can come onsite and conduct an internal audit and develop a plan of action with the facility to minimize risk of non-compliance:

-
Identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to achieve compliance where deviations are found;

-
Tools: Develop tools (such as EMS System) to manage environmental areas of risk noted in the audit;

-
Training: Develop a training program tailored to address areas of concern from the audit - may include operational, inspection, and reporting requirements to assist both operators and managers

-
Protocols: Develop monitoring and recordkeeping protocols which incorporate federal, state, and local requirements applicable to the facility
