Samantha has over five years of environmental engineering experience, including lead project management, with an emphasis in air quality, providing environmental regulatory compliance assistance, including air quality permitting in attainment and non-attainment areas such as control technology selection, toxic air contaminant health impact analyses, emissions offsetting, Title V certification, compliance and reporting, preparation of criteria and air toxic emissions inventories, Annual Emissions and Toxic Release Inventory/Form R reporting, Federal reporting (i.e., SR, GD and OLD MACT reporting), development and execution of customized environmental management systems, regulatory compliance analysis/auditing and agency notifications. Additionally, she has experience with third party verification, fuel pathway validation and greenhouse gas emission reporting in various programs including California Air Resources Board (CARB) Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting (GHG MRR), CA Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), OR Clean Fuels Program (CFP), OR GHG, and WA GHG.
