Jayme has over 18 years of experience with regulatory compliance, permitting and reporting in the fields of water quality, air quality, and hazardous material/hazardous waste management. This experience includes stormwater and industrial waste water permitting (SWPPP, NPDES, IWWD Permits), air quality permitting (local district new source review, Title V, RECLAIM), hazardous waste compliance (waste determinations, accumulation and management of hazardous waste), and the design of integrated environmental management systems (EMS). Technical expertise to support these compliance initiatives includes development of accurate and defensible emission/effluent inventories, technical evaluations of water and air pollution control technologies, preparation of wastewater surcharge statements, hazardous materials business plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), stormwater permitting assistance, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, waste management plans, hazardous waste minimization plans (SB-14), environmental management systems, regulatory compliance analysis/ auditing and agency notifications. Her client base includes multi-national companies, large integrated manufacturing firms, small privately-held firms, financial institutions, and laws firms. She is a recognized expert who routinely provides expert witness/litigation support on storm water and hazardous waste issues.
