Mark has over 25 years of professional experience carrying out ambient air quality and health risk and other toxic chemical exposure assessments, including development of emission inventories, computer air dispersion modeling and health risk assessments, environmental sampling, map production, installation and operation of meteorological stations, air permit evaluation, and research. He has also prepared permit applications and assisted with compliance issues for facilities in various regulatory agencies. Mark is accredited by the California Air Resources Board as a Lead Verifier under the AB32 greenhouse gas inventory program, and is a sector specialist in Transactions, Oil and Gas Systems, and Process Emissions.
