This experience includes storm water and industrial wastewater permitting (SWPPP, NPDES, IWWD Permits), air quality permitting (Title V), and hazardous waste compliance (waste determinations, accumulation and management of hazardous waste). Technical expertise to support these compliance initiatives includes technical evaluations of water and air pollution control technologies, preparation of wastewater surcharge statements, hazardous materials business plans, storm water reporting, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, waste management plans, and agency notifications.
