Kortney has experience with regulatory permitting and compliance in the fields of air quality, water quality, and hazardous waste at the federal, state, and local levels. Her technical expertise to support these compliance initiatives includes air quality permitting (Title V Operating Permits, local New Source Review authorizations), storm water and industrial waste water permitting and reporting (NPDES, SWPPP), and regulatory compliance analysis and guidance tools in a variety of industries in several air and water districts throughout the United States.
