What is AB32?
The passage of AB 32, the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006, requires a significant reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the state of California. AB 32 was the first program in the country to take a comprehensive, long-term approach to address climate change.
Three major components of AB 32 include:
