Personal Interest:
I’ve always enjoyed playing musical instruments: piano, acoustic and electric guitar, oboe, trumpet, ukulele, drums, among others. My current project is an attempt to convert an acoustic drum set into an electronic set.
Lara is an environmental engineer with over twenty years of experience in air quality research and practical air quality and environmental regulatory compliance. She has performed greenhouse gas inventory reporting and verification, MACT compliance planning, air permitting, general compliance auditing, and Title V compliance analyses. She has extensive experience programming MS Excel and MS Access applications for data analysis and to assist in environmental compliance. Lara is accredited as a Lead Verifier for the state greenhouse gas reporting programs in California, Oregon, and Washington, and for California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) program.
