Personal Interest:

My wife and I had our daughter in 2019 and we love to get into all sorts of trouble together!  Outside of work, we try to get outside for at least a little while every day, whether it be at the beach, on the mountain bike, or at the park down the street.  We love great food and I take a lot of pride in making great bbq with my decrepit old Webber!  I’ve been playing piano since I was about five, and really enjoy when my daughter starts singing along to Piano Man (she’s surprisingly good at harmonica), groovin’ to In the Mood, or jumpin’ to Linus & Lucy if it’s during the holidays.

Elliott has worked with a multitude of regulatory compliance programs at the local, state, and federal level. He has extensive experience in environmental permitting and compliance, onsite support, auditing, and environmental program management. Technical expertise to support these initiatives includes strong coordination among site management, technical consultants, and regulatory agency staff; strong report writing and communication skills; detailed technical analyses and impact assessments of regulatory requirements; development of accurate and defensible emission inventories and permit applications, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), environmental management systems, and compliance audits. His broad client base covers a multitude of industries, from large multi-national corporations to small local businesses.
