Christine has over 18 years of experience with regulatory compliance, program development and evaluation, permitting, and reporting in the fields of water quality and hazardous materials/waste at the federal, state, and local levels. She has extensive knowledge of and experience with the development of Clean Water Act regulations and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Program, with expertise in the Pretreatment Program. She assists municipalities and industrial facilities in developing and implementing wastewater and stormwater control programs, including comprehensive updates to pretreatment programs. Technical expertise to support these compliance initiatives includes development of NPDES, indirect discharger, and stormwater permitting assistance, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, waste management plans, hazardous waste minimization plans (SB-14), environmental management systems, regulatory compliance analysis/ auditing, and agency notifications. Her current client base includes municipalities and regulatory agencies, multi-national companies, large integrated manufacturing firms, small privately-held firms, and laws firms.
